Alberto Rimoldi
Founder of Studio Rimoldi, he completed his secondary education at the San Carlo scientific high school (liceo scientifico) in Milan and graduated in Economics and Business (professional track) from the State University of Pavia. He is a member of the Milan Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts (ODCEC Milano), the Register of Statutory Auditors and the Register of Court-appointed Experts at the Court of Milan, as well as a member of the Associazione Nazionale Tributaristi Italiani (A.N.T.I.) and treasurer of its Lombardy Section.
He built solid experience in leading Milan firms. He has served, and continues to serve, as Chairman and standing statutory auditor of the Board of Statutory Auditors of leading multinational groups and major Italian companies.

Luciano Berti
A graduate in Economics and Business (professional track) from the University of Milano-Bicocca, he gained his experience at leading tax advisory firms in Milan. He is a member of the Milan Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts (ODCEC Milano) and of the Register of Statutory Auditors. He has worked with Studio Rimoldi since 2009.
